{"id":2820,"date":"2020-01-07T18:53:21","date_gmt":"2020-01-07T18:53:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stgpartners.com\/?p=2820"},"modified":"2022-11-02T13:58:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T20:58:07","slug":"care-alliance-scores-twice-on-htn-people-and-partnership-awards-shortlist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stg.com\/news\/care-alliance-scores-twice-on-htn-people-and-partnership-awards-shortlist\/","title":{"rendered":"Care Alliance scores twice on HTN People and Partnership Awards shortlist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The System C &amp; Graphnet Care Alliance is delighted to have two projects shortlisted for the HTN People and Partnership Awards 2020 which celebrates technology making a difference to patients, professionals, organisations and the health system.<\/p>\n<p>The DETECT research study with Alder Hey Children\u2019s NHS Foundation Trust, The University of Liverpool, Edge Hill University, Lancaster University and System C has been recognised under the &#8216;Most Promising Solution&#8217; category and the St Helens Shared Care Record powered by Graphnet Health is a finalist for the &#8216;Delivering for Front Line Staff&#8217; award.<\/p>\n<p>The DETECT study is a first-of-type research programme to identify early warning signs of deterioration in children using System C\u2019s CareFlow Vitals with the aim of reducing critical care transfers.<\/p>\n<p>The St Helens Shared Care Record delivered by The St Helens Cares partnership involves multi-disciplinary teams providing a single-point-of-access for all social care and health referrals.
